Protein treatments can help with a variety of hair issues, including: Breakage: Protein treatments can reduce breakage and make hair more resilient. Elasticity: Protein treatments can boost elasticity, making hair bouncier and easier to style. Frizz: Protein treatments can help fill in gaps in hair strands that can cause frizz. Color loss: Protein treatments can help strengthen the base of hair before chemically treating it. Shine: Protein treatments can restore shine to hair. Treatment time is 40 mins.
Cancellation Policy
At Hair By GStar, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: No Fee for Early Cancellations: Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any charges. Deposits will be fully refunded or credited toward one rescheduled appointment only. 50% Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the total service price. Additionally, any deposit paid for the service will be forfeited. 100% No-Show Fee: If a client does not show up for their appointment, a fee of 100% of the total service price will be charged. The deposit will also be forfeited. Please note that deposits credited to a rescheduled appointment can only be applied to one future appointment. If that appointment is also canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures that our stylists' time is respected and compensates for the loss of appointments that could have been offered to other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
