Service Description
Please book this appointment in order to book a Color Appointment. Consultation must be booked ONE WEEK minimum prior to your color appointment. Please bring at least 3 inspiration photos that look similar in color. If you have desired placement for color we ask that you bring photos that look like the final image that you are looking to have. Please make sure your hair is free of any protective styles and its best if its in its natural state. Be advised that Geneviève only colors on natural hair and that color corrections are taken on a case by case basis. After booking this consultation please secure your color appointment online.
Cancellation Policy
At Hair By GStar, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: No Fee for Early Cancellations: Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur any charges. Deposits will be fully refunded or credited toward one rescheduled appointment only. 50% Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the total service price. Additionally, any deposit paid for the service will be forfeited. 100% No-Show Fee: If a client does not show up for their appointment, a fee of 100% of the total service price will be charged. The deposit will also be forfeited. Please note that deposits credited to a rescheduled appointment can only be applied to one future appointment. If that appointment is also canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures that our stylists' time is respected and compensates for the loss of appointments that could have been offered to other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
